Oppps I forgot to blog for the last three years!!

I guess I have a lot of catching up to do? Let me do a quick rundown:
1) We celebrated many birthdays, tie dyeing, pretending to be pirates, bowling and building bears.
2) We spent family time at beaches, at parks and at festivals.
3) We went to Disney
4) Corey and I went to Turks and Caicos to celebrate 10 years!
5) We sold another house for sale by owner
6) We built a house and moved just two months ago.

Busy Busy Busy

I can't even begin to describe how BUSY we have been lately.. I am going to try to catch up on some much needed posts this week..  We had a wonderful easter, and I am completely digging the NC spring...

I have been very busy learning how to coupon lately.  I am just getting my feet wet but I love a GOOD deal!!

came to 7.57

got 10.54 in ECB

Second order at CVS:

2 soft scrubs

2 magic erasers

1 cascade gell dishwasher detergent

Used 

2 1.50 off soft scrub

2 1.00 off magic eraser

1 1.00 of cascade

came to 8.12

used 7.54 ECB

paid 1..something

now I still have 6.00 in ECB

whew that was fun!!

I also went to walgreens and got

1 bic razor

used 3.00 off bid

used .25 off of dawn

now I have 4.00 in RR........

Comfort Food

The other day after returning from Zumba.. I thought to myself, "what could I eat that would completely wipe out all the calories I just burned and then I remembered seeing this on Pioneer Women's blog

I was pleasantly surprised and EVERYONE ate it. Especially my cautiously careful and choosy daughter!

I love a good party

Ohh do I love a good party..  I just love creating parties at home.  So far both of my children's parties have been at home.. (that is until this year when my 4 year old was insistent on having a build a bear party, she is just so darn cute and convincing)

Who needs sleep

I barely slept last night.. I really dread my children growing up.  I  L- O- V- E having little babies, I love seeing a crib in a bedroom.. it just makes me feel...warm, fuzzy and young.  To imagine my kiddo growing older only means I am getting older too (something I am NOT fond of).
So here is why I couldn't sleep last night

My little boy slept in his BIG boy bed for the first time all night long!

While he was soundly sleeping I was imagining everything possible that he could be doing once I fell asleep.. So the solution.. I didn't sleep, but I did exercise as I got up at least 30 times to take a peak at him and he slept perfectly, in fact I had to wake him up this morning.. I know I should be happy but selfishly it really makes me sad that I will have to take the crib out of his room soon..

There is a first time for everything

cupcakes [ˈkʌpˌkeɪk]  a yummy goodness, perfectly proportioned, just the right amount a sugar to fix/cure any alliment or stressor you may have, an addictive cure that is not so hot for your waistline but oh so wonderful while eating, an anytime of the day meal, you can eat it while driving down the road or while hiding from your children in the bathroom, a gift you bring to your neighbors because you are mortified you just baked yourself 2 dozen....


So while thinking what you should eat for breakfast this morning why not reach for or purchase your favorite cupcake... your day can only get better after devouring one! 


What will I talk about 
my kids/my cupcakes Kerigan 4, Griffin 2, they are sweet, cute, challenging, wake up and make my day, a lot nice and a little naughty, creative, energetic, exhausting, kissers & huggers, can't imagine my life with out them!


my projects Seems like more often than not I have some kind of project/craft or photography I am working on creating or recreating from something I have seen.. can't wait to show you some of the great things I am working on for spring. 


my parties  What girl doesn't love a good party, I will recap old parties, share ideas for new ones (I have a ton of new ideas and can't wait to get them put of my head and onto my blog)


my cooking  I love to cook, sometimes I cheat by using others recipes and I will make sure to give them the credit, but I also love experimenting with new ideas and creating recipes for my son who has food allergies.  I can't wait to have all my favorite recipes in one place and get feedback on how they taste to you.
